I understand completely about the whole &quot;snacking at work&quot; thing..  Not sure which diet you&#039;re following but if it fits in with what your doing, you can try either the tiny lollipops :: dum-dums I think they&#039;re called }} or even sugar free chocolate that they sell for diabetics.
