I got “let go” today.
She called and basically asked me how I wanted to receive my last paycheck.
I thought we were meeting tomorrow to talk about it but ok, I guess theres my answer.
I think she is using me as an example.
This bites.
I need a drink.

you know what, i think that’s real shitty (pardon my words). it’s not like you just didn’t show up, you had a panic attack, a real psychological condition. i think it’s also real crappy that she didn’t have that meeting with you.
don’t let this get you down. i know you loved that job, but another will come along. i would go to the doctor and talk to them about it and see if they think medication will help. my older brother has very bad anxiety and it does affect his daily living. he now takes medicine to it.

I am so sorry, Jenni. I know you just loved that job. But I agree with Karen, if you’re panic attacks are this bad or getting worse, you may need to seek medical help. I hope things get better and Good Luck with the job search!
